Oven Baked Burgers

Super easy and keto-friendly oven baked hamburgers. Great for meal prepping or a quick weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs 80% lean ground beef
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F

  2. Loosely form beef into 6-8oz patties. If desired, place a small divot in the center of each patty so that they don't ball up during cooking.

  3. Season patties on both sides with salt and pepper.

  4. Place patties on a large baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center of each patty registers 160°F

  5. Serve and enjoy!
